Recently Apple launched buyback offers and EMI schemes for iPhone purchase in India in an effort to boost sales. The company seems to be getting more aggressive day-by-day, this time around Apple has launched a unique scheme, the ‘Trial offer’. Under this scheme Apple allows users to buy an iPhone and safely return it within 14 days of purchase and get the money refunded.

This scheme is applicable for purchases made through authorized Apple resellers like Imagine Store, Maple and Reliance Digital. One can buy an iPhone from authorized resellers and use it for 14 days, and if the customer is not happy with the services he may return the iPhone to Apple and get the money refunded. Apple will charge Rs 1,000 as a restocking fee.

The condition is that the device should be broken or damaged physically, there should not be any scratches as well as the device must be working perfectly. Apple recently launched the iPhone 5s in India which has fingerprint scanner on board; this unique scheme is likely to attract a lot of new buyers. The company also re-launched the iPhone 4 in India in an effort to contend in the mid-range segment.
